Continuous reboot after bsod. Will not load windows.

I had made no changes to my computer (XP Home SP2) when I received the BSOD
and my computer rebooted. However, the computer now reboots without loading
(it gets to the part with the windows logo and scrolling blue bar
underneath). I have tried safe mode, debugging mode, and checked the BIOS,
which looks normal to me. If anybody can offer any help, it would be
appreciated!

Have you hit F8 when Windows starts loading and tried "load last known
good configuration"?
