Continuing Error

I have tried various fixes such as sfc /scannow, regedit, reinstalling IE,
and every time I can get on the Internet once; however when I close out of
the Internet and go back on I continue to get An error has occurred in IE. IE
will now close. If you continue to experience problems please restart your
computer.
I am very frustrated with Internet Explorer because I dont know a true fix.
Please Help.

Eliminate any scumware.
CAUTION!!!!! Before you try to remove spyware using any of these programs ,
download a copy of LSPFIX from any of the following sites:

(if your OS is Win2k or XP) The process of removing certain malware may kill

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated with the program's update function
before every use, even when just downloaded. There's also a lot more to do

I have run Pest Patrol, SpyBot, and Lavasoft and my problem still exists.
Funny that when I repairinstall and boot up once Inter Explorer works very
well but if I go offline and reboot Internet Explorer won't work. Please
advise.
