Continual Restarts

Can someone help me please,

Whenever i turn my computer on, it starts to run however
then it continually restarts again and again each time
getting further into the primary boot up screen until the
memory count has completed then it starts up correctly.

Does anyone know how to stop this contual restart problem,

David, those are classic symptoms of Power Supply going flaky.
