Continual reboot

I have just upgrade a new sony vaio z1va from XP home to
XP pro and now it is in a continual reboot mode. It gets
to where I can see the mouse but then it just reboots
again. Any ideas????

You probably are getting a blue screen of some sort.
Try safe mode.
 
When I boot into Safe Mode I see safe mode on the sides
and my mouse with the hour glass, then a quick Virtual
Memory error and then it shuts down.
 
I get the same error. Let me know if you solve it. ([email protected]).

I will pass on the word if I figure it out. I'm trying on a PCV-RS422X.
