Context sensitive menu - confused.

Using MS Outlook 2000 SP3 I believe I should be able to left click,
using RH mouse, on a message in my Inbox and get a context sensitive
menu to enable me to do things such as delete the message etc.

Trouble is I don’t get the dropdown menu. When I left click cursor
momentarily changes from arrow to hourglass.

Should I have this feature or am I confusing things with my work setup?

If I should have this feature how can I restore it?

Ok. Totally thick question. How?

I should know, but fortunately this isn't something I've done a lot of

Easiest is to insert your Office/Outlook CD, start Setup and choose Repair.
You might need to reapply the Office updates again
