Hello, my problem is this. When I right a file in the start menu, all
programs, my screen just blinks once and nothing else. I hve tried to
activate the Drga nd Drop function via the Start button properties/start
menu/customize/advance/start menu items. But it's not there. What do I do?

My system properties are as follows:
S/O: Win XP Pro sp2, P4 1.6/1Gb.Ram/ATI Radeon 9550 256Mb

Hope someone can help me.
Thanks in advance.
