context menu (right click mouse)

The context menu (right click mouse) in my newly installed FrontPage 6.0 is
totally empty, i.e., there is no menu.

How do I activate the context menu? Copy and Paste are two menu options I
use extensively.

Open FrontPage, click Help and then click Detect and Repair
