Most of the CMS systems I've run into either have their own web-based
interface, or use a customized app to do it (such as the special versions of
Contribute that exist for eBay and similar products). There are a couple,
but I don't know how robust they are. Chris Leeds' http://contentseed.com/
comes to mind. I think there were a couple others a long time ago, but I
haven't seen anything else lately.
