It looks like the location/path to this file is incorrect or the filename is incorrect.
Try a Search: Start/Search/files and folders/type songs.wma and click Search.
If it finds a copy, rightclick it and click Properties to finds its location/path.
It seems perhaps that Songs should be a folder/directory and not the name of a song.
