Content Advisor will not allow access

In IE 6 I have the content advisor set to only allow 4 web sites, the problem is that the blocker pops up when you go to a different page in the same site. I can click on cancel and still view and work on the page.
Any ideas on how to stop the block? I want to be able to go anywhere in that specific site without the block popping up.
