Content Advisor Password Change

Guest

I'm turning my computer on and an error message automatically appears "check your content advisor settings". I go to look at those settings and it's asking for a supervisor password. I do not ever recall entering a password, or I have forgotten it. This problem is preventing me from signing on to the internet completely. Please help - is there a way I can override or reset the password? The error message also appears when I click on Internet Explorer. I'd appreciate any help you can give me.
