I created a BCH folder containing company e-mail contacts
under my CONTACTS folder. Is there a way to copy this BCH
folder to a floppy disk/server and then copy / paste it
into everyone else's CONTACTS folder?

That's what the Global Address List is for.
 
I don't know how many people you want to share your contacts with, but if
you are using an exchange server, you could share your contacts with them.
