Is thier a way to copy a contact and put the contact in BCM without doing it
manually?
 
If I understand correctly, you want to import Contacts from Outlook Contacts
folder to Business Contacts folder. Once you have BCM installed and
configured, you can goto File->Import/Export->BCM and import Outlook
contacts to Business Contacts folder.
If you are looking for automatic sync between Outlook Contacts folder and
Business Contacts folder, there is no out -of-box way to do it.
 
You can do it with an Outlook VB script.

Copy it from the Outlook Contacts folder to the BCM Business Contact
folder.
