Are you using Outlook with BCM installed? Which version of Outlook? Is
your data store an Exchange mailbox or a PST?

Outlook 2003 BCM??? All my contacts are stored in the "contacts" section of
outlook. I have created a Business section and just want about 70 contacts in
it but I also want to keep them in the "contacs" section.

Thanks

The "Business Contact Manager" is an Outlook add-on. You mentioned
"business contacts". I'm sure you can see why I asked.
All my contacts are stored in the "contacts"
section of outlook. I have created a Business section and just want
about 70 contacts in it but I also want to keep them in the "contacs"
section.

Let's go back, then to the original question:

You have several choices. One is to keep them all in the default Contacts
folder and add a category, like "Business' or "Personal" to each contact.
That would help make them easily segmented, yet allow you to keep them all
in the same place.

Another approach would be to create a second contacts folder (New>Folder)
and copy the common ones to that folder, adding the unique ones to it. By
enabling that folder as an address book, both folders will show up in the
address book when you click To.
