Hi

Someone is leaving and I want to transfer their contacts list to their
replacement. I know you can send the contact via email but is there a quick
way of doing this?

Any help is greatly appreciated

The easiest way to do this would be to just to an export. What version of
Outlook are you running? It's probably just File | Import/Export and then
export it to a CSV file. Then you can import it to the new persons Outlook
from a floppy/USB Drive/CD.
