Having a problem with Outlook 2002. when a user starts keying in a user's
email address in the "TO" field in a new message it shows the wrong one.
example, user may of miss keyed the user email addres in contacts and saved
it, then went back and deleted the contact and recreated it with the right
email address, so how address book is remembering the wrong email address and
the right email address. Is there a hidden file I can look at to remove the
invalid email address ? thanks

It's not necessary to reset the entire cache and lose all your good data as
along the way. Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by
highlighting the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your
arrow key to migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before
you tab out of the field.
