Contacts not linking after Importing from PST

Today I had to change to a new computer, I backed up my outlook 2003 data
(exporting to a PST) and imported the PST data back on my new system (outlook
2003) using the import from PST file. My problem is that when I open my
contacts I see all of them there, however if I open a contact and look at
the info within any particular contact I have links to other contacts in the
lower left corner, I can see those contact links listed, but If I click on
one of them I get an error saying outlook is unable to locate the contact
that the link is associated with. The contacts exist and are located in the
address book.

All the contacts were created using the Actions menu.

Did I not back somehting up???

Any ideas on what's going on here??

Things get broken when you export and import, and it's not even necessary to
do an import/export when you're using .PST files -- you can just open them
in Outlook using File | Open | Outlook Data File. .PST is Outlook's native
file format -- importing a .PST is a bit like importing a .DOC file into
Word. ;-)

Try opening your old .PST in Outlook and all the links should still work,
since you're using the original file and it's still set up the same as
before.
