Contacts list

We recently installed Windows 2003 and Exchange servers.
Since then there are problems with Outlook. One of them
is the Contacts list came over but if a person wants to
see the contacts 'list' to choose several people they
cannot because the list does not appear when they hit
their 'To' button when sending a new e-mail.
Any help would be appreciated.

What version of Outlook are these folks using, and if 98 or 2000, what
mail support mode? If you're not sure, look at the second line of Help
| About Microsoft Outlook -- it should say "Internet Mail Only" or
"Corporate/Workgroup". (Outlook 97, 2002, and 2003 don't have separate
modes.)
