Contacts List Management

I have several contact lists.
When I start a new email, and want to select a name from one of my lists, outlook only shows me one contact or my default contact list.
How can I get the contact selector to look at all my contact lists?
 
What are these other "lists?"
Do you mean other Contact Folders? If so, just enable them as email address
books in their properties.
