Contacts in public folder insert adress in Word 2007

We've added the adressbook to my ribbon, but we only get access to my
personal contacts. Se want to be able to insert name and adress from my
companys public folders contacts. Why are these contacts not in the
adressbook when I'm in Word.
How do I get access to them from Word

Have you checked the outlook addressbook property for the contacts list in
question?
