Contacts e mail question

When I open a new window to send an e mail in Outlook and click on
he "To" button, the Contacts window opens with the contacts listed
by first name. I have the names listed in the Contacts by last name.
Is there a setting I can change where the names appear last name
first when I click the "To" button?

Click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or address
books>Next. Select "Outlook Address Book" and click Change. Select the
order you want at the bottom. Click Close, then Finish.
