Contacts dont show up when composing

I have about 50 contacts in my 'Contacts' folder. When I compose an email
and choose 'Contacts' from the 'Show names from the:' list, nothing shows up.
How can I fix this?

You must set up the contacts as an address book first. Right click on
Contacts folder, go to Properties, OL Address Book and set it up.
