Contacts - Distribution List

I want to be able to place a contact in a distribution
list BUT not by going to the Distribution List - I want to
be able to do it directly off the contact say by means of
a button or drop dwon list similar to categories etc. The
erason for this is that when one has a list of a large
number of contacts it is time-consuming to add one-by-one
from the Distribution List window.

You are looking for a dynamic list. If you need more
than one user, (multiuser) I have a solution but it would
be best to contact me offlist. The application does much,
much more than dynamic groups and dynamic list. It's a
full CRM application used by many businesses.
