Contacts crashing outlook

I have a W2K machine running O2K. A user starts a new
email clicks on the To button and then clicks on Contacts
and it locks up and crashes Outlook. Any suggestions?

Common problem. No consistent solution. Things to try:
1. Check for corrupt addresses in the Contacts Folder
2. Remove and re-add the Outlook Address Book Service
3. Update video drivers
