Contacts as an email list

Hi,
I have a user who wants to see her contacts as a selection when she hits the
"to" in a new mail message. right now she has our global address list which
i created on the server and give to everyone. now she wants her personal
contacts to show. i would think i could select "contacts" instead of "global
list" but contacts is not populated. how would i populate or import these
emails.

right click her contacts folder / properties / outlook address book / check
show this folder as an email address book. If that tab or option doesn't
appear, go into tools / services and add outlook address book

Thanks Marvin,
I had stumbled accross that option while searching for a way to do it so it
all worked out.
