Contacts, Appointments, Tasks crash Outlook

Hello!

If I open any of the above mentioned items my Outlook crashes.
- It does not crash if I am in safe mode.
- It does not crash if I am on webmail.
- I have tried disabling all add-ins - to no avail
- I've done all Windows updates
- I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling
- I've tried clean views
- I've tried clean profiles
- I've tried clean categories
- I've tried first run
- I've tried the office diagnostics
- I've uninstalled and reinstalled.
- My IT people installed my profile on their computer and did not have this
issue.

I didn't keep a complete list - but those are the things I can remember.
I'm not looking forward to the next step that is staring me down - the big
format in the sky.

If anyone has any bright ideas- I'd love to try it. I've become attached to
this install :)

Thanks
Lisa

This is a sign that one of your add-ins may be to blame. Open the Add-In
Manager (exactly how is an execise left to you, since you decided not to share
your Outlook version) and sisable all your add-ins. Reenable them one at a
time until you find the one causing the problem.

Thanks for pointing out that I neglected to mention the version - which is 2007

You will notice that I did say I have disabled all add-ins. To further
clarify, I've tried disabling the COM and the Exchange Client Add Ins and not
just the items that Outlook says it disabled when starting in Safe mode.

Thanks for the suggestion,
Lisa

I had missed that, yes. I see it now. I'm not sure what else to suggest,
other than to uninstall all of the add-ins you can while troubleshooting. It
may also be a toolbar customization, but creating a new profile as should have
cleared that up, although I don't see where you said you tried that.
/cleanprofile isn't the same thing as a new profile. Try deleting the
outcmd.dat file and, if that doesn't work, a new profile.
