Contacts and Folder Tiers?

Hello, I'm trying to make several folders under the left-hand-side Contacts
window. I cannot figure out how to drag contacts into these folders.

I am trying to clean up a 429 contact list by grouping contacts into
folders, such as:

Contacts X
+ Friends (Folder)
- contact
- contact
- contact
+ Business Associates (Folder)
- contact
- contact
- contact
- contact
- contact
+ Family (Folder)
- contact
etc...
Hope this is clear, any help would be much appreciated.

What "left hand side Contacts Window?"
Note: this group does not support Outlook Express. Is that what you're
talking about?

Assuming you are using OL, you might consider just setting up categories and
assigning them and then switching to a category view instead and just
keeping one folder. I find that simpler.
