I am puzzled because for no apparent reason the following message is
displayed when I click on SOME "help links":
This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator."
Using Office Pro. 2003 SP2 under XP Pro 2002 SP2. I am the Sys. admin. and
logged in as such. What can I do about this?

Sometimes Excel Help tries to use Web resources to answer question. Just
make sure your Firewall and other applications restrictions to IE are
consistent with your Help Options.

I can tell that several help links use the net and work fine while others
fail as reported.
