I have the strangest question. Is it actually possible to
contact Microsoft Canada directly on-line? I have tried
many times, and have obviously done it wrong.
Surprisingly, I was recently selected as a
helpful 'contact' for Microsoft after dealing with a MSN
Messenger problem my daughter had. I was treated well, but
still I find no simple, direct way to contact Customer
Support. I know I, and 16.16 billion other people on the
planet feel the same way, but is it possible that
Microsoft doesn't love me any more?
Please pass my message on to Microsoft and tell them all
is forgiven.
