Contact Picture - being compressed and blurry

Hello!

When adding a high resolution picture to a contact, Outlook 2007 apparently
compresses this photo and resizes it. After that it looks all compressed and
blurry. How can you forece Outlook to maintain the resolution and size of
the picture but just render it smaller to fit on the business card?

You can't. But you can do a better job cropping and resizing them yourself.
