contact names to show up in calander task

How can i get the name of the contact that a task is associated with to show
up in the calander view?

If you mean how do you have the TaskPad show Contacts, try this:

right click the column header of the TaskPad (where it says TaskPad)
Field Chooser
Drag the Contacts field from the field chooser onto the TaskPad beside the
other columns

How can i get the name of the contact that a task is associated with to show

Thx but I can get the contacts to show up in the task..but I want the name
to show up with the "Task" on the calander so I can see it on my blackberry"s
calander. Act does this but I am trying to switch away from ACt and use
outlook instead.

So are you asking about Tasks or Meetings???? They are not the same. You
still say Task in your second post - so my reply is "correct"
