Contact Lists

Hi

When using Outlook and selecting an addressee I see that each of my Contact
lists is displayed in the "Show Name For" drop down list.

Can someone advise me how to get rid of these

We could if you had provided your Outlook version.
For some, you remove the unwanted references to Contact Folders here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change.
