contact list

i enter new contacts in my contact file only to find later they have gone
this is a new laptop running vista home premium.
pc is Samsung R40
Can anyone help me please.

Contacts are stored in a folder, separate from Windows Mail.
To open it, in Windows Mail, click on the Contacts button.

i understand what u say the problem is they get deleted from file in mail
and windows.
