Yes, but if you incorporate an Access database, the topic of this newsgroup,
it's a fairly inefficient process. If you can't import the data from an
acceptable file format, then you'll need to copy and paste each address from
the address book into a table manually. Next, write a VBA procedure that
will copy the data into your contact list. The following code samples will
