Contact Group List - How do I email this to someone as an attachme

Thanks if you can help with this inquiry. Am assuming the contact group list
is a particular file that I can attach? Where do I find this ?
 
Contacts in Windows Mail are stored as individual .contact files, in
C:\Users\yourlogin\Contacts

However, your best bet is to open the Contacts folder, click on Export - CSV
(Comma Separated Values)
save to a location, then compose a message & attach the .csv file
