Contact group corrupted?

Just had this problem pop up. Two users are reporting
that when they open their personal contact listings to
address an e-mail, upon scrolling down through their
listing, Outlook freezes then exits. All patches and
updates are installed, no viruses found - very strange.
Anyone have any ideas?

The first thing I would do is remove the
"Outlook Address Book" from their services
and then replace it again fresh.

What version of Outlook are they using?

They're both using 2000

Open the TOOLS menu
Select SERVICES
and remove the Outlook Address Book.

Close Outlook.

Open Outlook
Select the TOOLS menu
Select SERVICES
Add the OUTLOOK ADDRESS BOOK.
