Contact for Microsoft Accessibility Tools and Development

Is this the correct newsgroup to try and contact Microsoft concerning
Accessiblity Tools (Magnifier, Narrator, etc)? I am trying to find
somebody at Microsoft that a user could email to relay comments and
suggestions on Windows Accessibility develop. The user (somebody
specific) has limited vision and hearing and uses a computer at my
place of work, and I think their input might be of value to this
development. Any information would be greatly helpful.
