Contact Folder not enabling as OAB

Chad

I already have the OAB in my profile. Then when I right
click on the folder Contacts and select properties, the
option to "show this folder as an email Address Book" is
greyed out. That is where I am getting stuck.

Thanks for your help.

In Contact properties, the option to enable this as an OAB
is greyed out. How can I activate this? I recently
upgraded to Outlook 2002.

That other post does not solve my problem. I have OAB
(MAP1) and PAB (MAP1) activated and working. When I go to
click on the Contacts option for an email address book, it
is greyed out and not able to be clicked.

There is obviously more to this story that you have told us so far. I asked
you in your other post for your upgrade path. I also need to know why you
would have both the PAB and the OAB in the same profile. The OAB replaced
the PAB years ago. You should not have both in the same profile.
