Constriciting Users who can log onto a Windows 2000 PC

How do you disable users logging onto a PC. I want to only
allow myself and the administrator to be allowed to log
onto my PC.

look at: start local security setting local policy user
right assignment doble-click at the log on locally policy
and delete the users group
 
Administrative Tools, Local Policies, Account Polices, Deny Login, set accounts, reload...done
