Constants & Declarations for National Language Support

Does anyone know where I can find a list, or partial
list, of constants and declarations used for National
Language Support for Windows applications? I need the
hex values associated with time and date formats.

Randy Birch has some code for VB6 that can easily be modified for VBA.
