Constantly re-alphabetize files by right clicking and choosing "Sort by Name"

Hi All,

My computer is having some sort of problem with "Alphabetize".

For example, I am running photoshop and need to open a picture file.

After I click on File and Open. The files shown are not alphabetize!

I constantly need to re-alphabetize files by right clicking and choosing
"Sort by Name".

Is there a way to fix this problem?
 
change the display to thumbnail then close then open that folder again in
PSP and change it to DETAIL, then sort it by the NAME tab.
