Constant reboots after ghosting

The situation:

2 brand new gateway computers. XP Pro. VLK
Identical hardware config.

Set up computer A with our standard suite of software and complete all windows
updates.

When finished I ghost it to computer B. Once finished computer B loads up to
the xp splash screen for about 2 seconds, computer reboots over and over
again.

Run restore disks on computer B. Works great.

Computer C arrives, same as the other 2. Try ghost. Same result. Rebooting
over and over..

I can take the HD out of computer A, slap in into b, or c and it works great.

Did microsoft change anything in the recent rounds of updates that prevent
ghost from working correctly? Anyone else running into this?

Thanks in advance,
Don

If you boot your machine with /SOS switch, what does it come up with?
When does it reboot? What's the last thing it successfully loads up? I
have a feeling that there is some trouble with the harddrive..

cheers,

Florian
