Constant pop up

My system constantly makes my email server pop up on my screen. I uninstalled
it (Incredimail) but it wasn't at fault, now my system makes my
hotmail/passport login page constantly pop up (less annoyng with the first
one). Furthermore, I can't restore my system on any earlier date, always
getting a message saying it is impossible. No spyware or viruses were found.
Help please

Incredimail is not the problem by itself, when I remove Incredimail,
Windows(?) is looking for an email server and contantly opens my
Hotmail/Passport login page.I guess there must be a corrupt command
somewhere, but where ??Thanks for taking time to respond.

Hello , I would remove/uninstall the hotmail/passport ? Save data you want
from hotmail/passport .. before removing ... Reinstall .. . Just a wild guess
.. The "System Restore" I leave turned off , until just before making changes
such as downloading , removing , uninstalling etc. . I then leave "System
Restore" on until I feel the PC is running well for a few days or weeks ,
then turn off "System Restore" . Only catch is when it is turned off and
something goes wrong , I cannot ... restore to the date the problem started
, such as in you case . Recently I "accidentaly" upgraded Media Player 9 to
Media Player 10 . I "Rolled back" {from registry} the Media Player 10 to
remove it . But that removal from registry seriously corrupted the registry .
I had to repair the registry via XP OS CD ,, which is a good way to fix
registry and other PC problems , plus all your data and folders are not
disturbed ...I never even backup data when doing a "Repair" from the XP OS CD
.. FYI , I did not get back the Media PLayer 9 . I am stuck with Media Player
10 which is just fine . I will have to wait until I do a Full System Restore
to get the Media Player 9 to successfuly install . --
