connector for Outlook

I'm running old Windows 2000 and Outlook 2003. Is there a connector that will
let me connect Windows live e-mail address to Outlook?

Except that this might not help because the OP said "Windows 2000" and the
system requirements for the Outlook Connector say "Windows Server 2003,
WIndows XP, Windows Vista".

There's some info here about accessing your Live mailbox via POP3 that may
help:

Even though the advice is regarding Entourage, it may still help configuring
Outlook.
