Connectivity problem after install SP2

I just install Win XP SP2 in my notebook,
after that, I cannot connect to internet event I disable firewall feature,
but if I uninstall SP2, I don't have connectivity problem...

What can I do ???

Create a System Restore point first, and then reset the Winsock settings using the NETSH command as give here: http://windowsxp.mvps.org/winsock.htm

Are you able to connect to the ISP, and not able to surf the web? If so what's the error message?
