Connectivity Issues

I have a Toshiba Satellite M50 running XP SP3 and a Intel-Mac running
Leopard 10.5.4 networked together on a wireless router. The issue is
that both computers are able to access the internet and the mac can
ping the laptop but the laptop can't ping the mac. The issue also is
that related to this I am unable to play a networked game of Football
Manager. I usually host it on the Mac and connect to it from the
laptop but the connection is not showing up anymore on my laptop.
Everything was working fine up until a today and as far as I know I
haven't made any changes. Below is the ipconfig/all:
