Connection Tray not appearing

I was using a regcleaner yesterday and forgot make a backup. Now the
connection tray doesn't appear and only the disconnected tray shows when not
connected. Can someone give me the registry file so I can get the tray to
appear again?
 
I guess is wasn't the registry after all, it was just explorer not loading
the icons.
