Connection to internet ***HELP PLEASE***

PLEASE HELP

yesterday i did something to the internet options or
Network connections . Now every 3 min's it connects to the
internet.


can you help
 
Go to control pan and select internet options, then connections tab. You
prob have it set to connect when ever a connection is not present. Change
it.
