Connection Problem

[Connecting automatically]

Help. I am on Windows XP and my PC just starting
connecting itself automatically. I did not signal it to
connect. What can I do

include details of your application and Windows versions, and whether
or not you have included any service pack updates.

If you're connecting to the internet, go to control
panel, administrative tools, services. "Find Remote
Procedure Call (RPC) Locator", On the left hand side,
click Stop the Service.

DONT DISABLE RPC!!!!, disable "remote access auto
connection manager" instead.

You need to disable it as well. Right click on
that "remote access connection manager" and select
properties. Then click disable so it will never run again.
