I suggest that you contact the network support team at work. They can
tell you whether a firewall or something else in your computer at work
is causing the problem.

I can connect to this website at home using my computer so problem is not
from the website but maybe firewall or something else in my computer at
work .
any suggestions?

Unfortunately, companies go way overboard "protecting" their network. The
company I used to work for blocked everything except the company's e-mail
and website. Because my position required that I be online daily with
customers and suppliers, I had to do battle with the corporate IT people to
allow my computer access to the "outside" world. You probably need to beg
for permission to access your school's website.
